Where is my order?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, so delivery is dependant on their schedules. Typically, an order may take up to 7 working days for delivery depending on the destination and how far it is from Melbourne.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an email from [email protected] detailing your order has been PROCESSED. Shipping updates will come directly from Australia Post.
Can I pick up my order, rather than have it shipped?
Yes, you can Click & Collect - simply select the 'Pick Up From Store' option at check out. You will receive an email advising when your parcel is ready for collection from our store which is located at Eaglemont Village: 81 Silverdale Road, Eaglemont, VIC, 3084. We'd love to meet you!
What happens in hot weather?
Heat is the enemy of chocolate! All of the products we ship leave our warehouse in perfect condition. So, to ensure that your order arrives safely & intact, Australian Chocolate Emporium may delay the shipment if we are experiencing extreme heat.
Also, if you place an order on a Friday, we may delay shipping the products until the following Monday, ensuring your perishable goods don't sit in a delivery depot over the weekend.
Remember that chocolate starts to melt in temperatures over 20C. Don't organise for your order to be delivered to your home if it is going to sit on a doorstep exposed to the elements all day.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Orders placed through the website can only be delivered to addresses within mainland Australia and Tasmania. However you may contact us if you have a special request for overseas delivery.
