VINT: Meat Mincer

The Beatrice No. 1 meat mincer/grinder was a common kitchen gadget during the mid-20th century. Constructed from cast iron, it was designed to be clamped onto a work surface or table. It functioned by mincing meat and other food items using a funnel-shaped feed at the top and a horizontal screw mechanism, which was operated manually with a hand crank.
